Dental Credentialing

When you work with ICS for dental credentialing, our team of industry professionals will ensure a complete product – every step of the way – every time. We believe each provider should be able to focus on patient care without the stress of paperwork or loss of valuable time. All you need to do is submit credentialing documents and complete an ICS application to get started. Our goal is to get dentists in network as soon as possible at the highest fee schedules available to make your practice as profitable as possible. This is accomplished through upfront fee negotiations and fee evaluation.

Credentialing

We work with your practice to stay in compliance and retain your in-network participation. This is a vital component; termination due to noncompliance can result in insurance compensation being distributed to your patients. Insurance Plan Analysis

ICS can obtain information about a dentist’s insurance plan participation and obtain current fee schedules. Due to the affiliations of the dental plans, dentists often do not know what they are a provider of. This plan analysis also ensures that you have the up to date fee schedules in your system.

Fee Schedule Negotiations

Your office can become more profitable providing the same dental services with a higher reimbursement rate. After your network is established, ICS can do a plan inquiry to determine if you are eligible for an increase fee schedule. Upon confirmation of qualification, we will provide how each increase can benefit your office based off the specific services you utilize the most.

In-House Dental Discount Plan

In-house discount plans are a huge part of dentistry, however the laws for compliance for each state is imperative. By signing up for Launch Loyalty (where available) you won’t have to worry about compliance.
